You will prepare returns for individuals and businesses, interview clients to understand their financial situations, and deliver clear, personalized recommendations with a focus on accurate results and client satisfaction. You will build trusted relationships, uncover tax savings opportunities, and collaborate with team members to ensure a supportive, compliant office

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation experience with individual and business returns.
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles and explaining tax concepts clearly.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct client interviews to assess financial situations and provide recommendations.
