You will prepare complete tax returns for clients with diverse and complex tax situations, including individuals and businesses, and conduct thorough client interviews to identify implications and opportunities. You will deliver clear, personalized recommendations, build trusted client relationships, and provide IRS support and audit guidance as needed.

Qualificações

• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
• 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping including individual and business returns
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain tax concepts clearly
• Ready to fulfill regulatory requirements and maintain licensure
• High school diploma or equivalent required
