Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication; explain tax concepts clearly.
• Ongoing IRS and state continuing education compliance.
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse situations.
• Conduct client interviews to understand finances and tax implications.
• Provide tax savings recommendations and discuss H&R Block products.
• Offer IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
