H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to prepare returns and advise clients in person at a local tax office. You will interview clients, identify savings opportunities, and build lasting relationships with taxpayers.

You will work with supportive teammates, receive comprehensive training, and participate in an incentive plan tied to your impact and expertise in tax. This is an in-office, seasonal role in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Must complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication; explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities
