You will prepare complete tax returns for individuals and businesses, conduct client interviews to understand financial situations, and provide personalized tax-saving recommendations. You’ll work with a supportive team, receive industry-leading training and technology, and earn a competitive hourly rate with an incentive plan as you build tax expertise and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Must complete H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, including individual and business returns
• Experience working in a client facing, consultative, or advisory role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including explaining tax concepts in client-friendly language
• Must meet all IRS and applicable state continuing education requirements
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent required

Responsibilities
