You will uncover savings opportunities and build lasting client relationships with the support of industry-leading training and technology. The role is in-person at a local H&R Block tax office, with a competitive hourly rate and an incentive plan tied to impact and tax expertise growth.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience handling both individual and business returns.
• Ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse tax situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial life changes and implications.
• Provide clear, personalized recommendations and tax-saving opportunities.
• Deliver IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
