Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex tax situations. You will conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial needs and provide clear, personalized recommendations, building lasting relationships with clients and identifying tax savings opportunities.

The role is in-person at a local H&R Block tax office.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, including preparing individual and business returns.
• Experience in a client facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
