Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation experience
• Experience in client-facing, advisory role
• Successful completion of the HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse situations
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess financials and implications
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend HR Block products
• Provide IRS support, notices, and audit guidance as needed
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive office environment
