Qualifications

• Successful completion of required HR Block assessments or equivalent acknowledgement
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related field
• Experience in a client facing, consultative, or advisory role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to explain tax concepts clearly
• Must meet continuing education and IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
