Qualifications

• Must have completed the HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation or related experience including individual and business returns
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain tax concepts clearly
• Must meet continuing education requirements and IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
