Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative role.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• High school diploma or GED; ongoing education as required by IRS/state rules.
• Continuing education and compliance with IRS and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
