You’ll be supported by industry-leading training, advanced technology, and a competitive hourly rate with an incentive plan.

In this in-person role, you’ll handle individual and business returns, conduct client interviews, provide clear recommendations, and deliver compassionate, consultative service.

Formación

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation or related experience
• Experience in client-facing, consultative roles
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain tax concepts clearly
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
