You will interview clients to understand finances and provide personalized recommendations, building trusted relationships and identifying savings opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in tax preparation or related field.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative roles.
• Strong communication skills; explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet IRS/state requirements and complete continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and changes.
• Provide personalized recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Offer IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
