Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to join our local tax office. You will prepare complete and accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses, conduct client interviews to understand financial situations, and provide personalized recommendations.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping including individual and business returns.
In-person, client-facing, consultative or advisory experience preferred.
Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
High school diploma or GED or equivalent required

Responsibilities

Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications, then provide recommendations.
Build trusted client relationships and identify tax savings opportunities and H&R Block products.
