You’ll work with a supportive team and benefit from industry-leading training and technology. The position emphasizes client-focused service, compliance with IRS/state rules, and ongoing education to advance tax expertise

Formación

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related field.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex tax situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications.
• Build trusted client relationships by delivering empathetic, consultative service and identifying savings opportunities.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance to clients as needed.
