Qualifications

• Complete H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED at minimum; pursue ongoing IRS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse situations.
