Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1+ year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping including individual and business returns.
Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory roles.
Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.

Responsibilities

Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess financial situations and tax implications.
