Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related field
• Experience working in a client-facing, advisory role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain tax concepts clearly
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex tax situations (individuals and businesses)
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and life changes
