Qualifications

• 1+ year of tax preparation experience including individual and business returns
• In-person client facing role with consultative service
• Must complete continuing education and IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse situations
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financials and tax implications
• Provide personalized recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities and relevant products
• Offer IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed
• Collaborate with team and maintain a client-focused office environment
