Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience in a client facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication and ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet continuing education requirements and IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities
