H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to prepare accurate returns for individuals and businesses, conduct in-depth client interviews, and deliver personalized recommendations.

You’ll leverage industry training and technology in a local in-person tax office to build lasting client relationships. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of tax experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to continuing education and IRS/state requirements.

Competenze

• Required: Tax Knowledge Assessment 1 completed
• Required: 1+ year of tax prep experience (individual/business)
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative role
• Strong written and verbal communication; explain tax concepts clearly
• Must meet continuing education and IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or GED required

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for diverse situations
