Qualifications

• Completion of HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• 1 year of tax preparation or related experience.
• Experience in client-facing roles and explaining tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and small businesses.
• Conduct client interviews to understand financial situations and provide recommendations.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and present HR Block products.
• Provide IRS support and audit guidance as needed.
