Qualifications

• Complete Tax Knowledge Assessment (required)
• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation/related experience
• Experience in client-facing/advisory roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must meet IRS and state requirements
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations
• Provide personalized recommendations and tax savings opportunities
