Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory roles
• Must complete ongoing IRS/state requirements and Tax Knowledge Assessment

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations
• Provide personalized tax recommendations and savings opportunities
• Offer IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment
