H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to help clients navigate complex tax situations with confidence. You will prepare accurate returns, uncover savings opportunities, and build lasting client relationships—backed by leading training and technology.

This role is in-person at a local H&R Block tax office, offering a competitive hourly rate and an incentive plan to recognize your impact as you grow in tax expertise and serve clients.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation, accounting, or bookkeeping experience, incl. individual and business returns.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Mansioni

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex tax situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications.
• Deliver personalized recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive client-focused office environment.
