Qualifications

• Successful completion of HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related field.
• Experience in a client-facing advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet continuing education requirements and state IRS standards.
• High school diploma or GED required.
