Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation or related experience
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative role
• Strong oral and written communication; ability to explain tax concepts clearly
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
