Qualifications

• 1+ year of tax preparation experience in personal or business returns.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication, able to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet IRS and applicable state requirements and continue education.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financials and tax implications.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and provide clear recommendations.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
