You will explain tax information clearly, identify savings opportunities, and help build strong client relationships through teamwork and a client-first approach. This in-person role offers training, growth, and competitive hourly pay during tax season.

Qualificações

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course 1
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly
• Problem-solving and information-organizing abilities
• Comfort using digital tools including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma or GED/equivalent
