H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional at a local tax office in Eloy, Arizona. You will prepare accurate returns for individuals and small businesses, interviewing clients to understand their financial situations and tax implications, and providing clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Completion of the HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation experience.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative roles.
• Strong verbal and written communications; ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate federal and state tax returns for diverse clients.
• Conduct client interviews to understand financial situations and implications.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend HR Block products.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
