Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• At least 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related field.
• Experience working in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to explain tax concepts clearly to clients.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
