You will interview clients to understand their financial situations and provide personalized tax guidance, while identifying savings opportunities and offering H&R Block services.

You'll deliver consultative service, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate with your tax office team to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication, able to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet continuing education and IRS/state requirements; HS diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of tax prep/accounting/finance experience is a plus.
• CPA/EA or IRS credentials are a plus.
