Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or accounting, including individual and business returns
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to explain tax concepts clearly to clients
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or GED required
