H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Tax Professional to join our local tax office in a seasonal, in-person role.

You will prepare complex returns for individuals and small businesses, interview clients to understand their financial situations, and offer personalized tax-saving recommendations. You’ll leverage leading training and technology, work with a supportive team, and earn an incentive plan that rewards impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; strong tax knowledge preferred.
• 1+ year of tax prep or related experience in client-facing roles.
• Ability to explain tax concepts clearly to clients, with strong communication skills.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred for advancement.

Responsabilités

• Prepare accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
