Job summary

You will support clients through the tax process, offer IRS notice guidance, and collaborate with the team to maintain a client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related field.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative or advisory roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financials and tax implications.
• Provide recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities and products.
