Job summary

You will work in-person at a local tax office, collaborating with a team to provide accurate results and outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication; explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet IRS/state requirements and complete continuing education.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
