Qualifications

• 1+ year of tax preparation experience (individual and business returns)
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles
• Must meet IRS and state requirements for continuing education

Responsibilities

• Conduct client interviews to understand finances and implications
• Identify tax savings opportunities and cross-sell H&R Block products
• Provide IRS support, notices, and audit guidance as needed
