Job summary

Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Seasonal Tax Preparer to work at Walmart kiosk locations. You will interview clients one-on-one, answer walk-in questions, and assist customers with tax preparation in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role offers flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, and opportunities to gain tax expertise while balancing teamwork with independent work. Training and leadership support ensure you are never alone in your success.

Responsibilities

• Utilize basic computer skills to prepare tax returns.
• Be supported by leadership and experienced tax preparers while maintaining autonomy.
• Balance the camaraderie of a team with the independence of individual work.
