Job summary

Jackson Hewitt at Walmart kiosks in Milwaukee is seeking a Seasonal Tax Preparer to assist walk-in clients through tax interviews and return preparation. You’ll learn tax concepts, gain customer-facing experience, and enjoy a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.

You'll be supported by experienced preparers and leadership, with opportunities to advance as you build technical skills and a broader client book. Training provided; basic computer skills required.

Seasonal Tax Preparer

• Work within one of our Walmart kiosk locations
• Assist clients via one-on-one tax interviews and answer questions from walk-ins
• Proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees
• Complete tax preparation training, and demonstrate a willingness to learn
• Utilize basic computer skills
• Be supported by exceptional leadership and knowledgeable tax preparers, ensuring you're never alone
