Jackson Hewitt - Walmart kiosk is seeking a seasonal Tax Preparer to assist clients via one-on-one interviews and answer questions from walk-ins. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, high-energy environment, with training provided and opportunities to earn bonuses while serving a broad customer base.

Ideal candidates are self-starters who work well independently yet enjoy teamwork, with a willingness to learn tax concepts and use basic computer tools.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or comfort with client interaction
• Strong basic computer skills and willingness to learn systems
• Self-starter who can work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Work within a Walmart kiosk location providing tax interviews and answering walk-in questions
• Proactively engage Walmart customers and employees
• Complete tax training and demonstrate eagerness to learn
• Utilize basic computer skills to prepare taxes
• Receive guidance from leadership and experienced preparers
• Balance autonomy with team collaboration in a fast-paced setting
