If you enjoy talking to people and want to boost your income this tax season, this role is for you, at a Walmart kiosk with built-in foot traffic. You will greet customers, walk them through basic tax questions, and learn the essentials of tax prep in a friendly, fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work at a Walmart kiosk and handle a busy retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Proactively chat with Walmart shoppers and team members to spread the word about tax prep services.
• Sit down one-on-one with clients to walk them through their taxes and answer questions.
• Learn tax preparation basics and build confidence with practice-driven training.
• Use basic computer skills to navigate our systems in a fast-paced retail environment.
