Responsibilities

• Proactively chat with shoppers and team members to spread the word about tax services.
• Sit down with clients to walk them through their taxes and answer questions.
• Master the training materials and keep a mindset ready to learn.
• Use basic computer systems to navigate our tax prep workflow in a retail setting.
