Jackson Hewitt - 2073 is hiring a Seasonal Entry Level Tax Preparer in Lock Haven, PA. You will guide clients through tax concepts, complete returns, and provide multistate and year-end tax support. Training is provided, with an emphasis on accuracy and client service.

You will conduct face-to-face interviews, file electronically, and help grow the client base through quality service and tax knowledge. Flexible shifts include day, night, weekends, and full- or part-time options.

Qualificações

• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of computer functions and math.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or tax preferred.
• PTIN Certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth and increase client retention.
• Provide clients with IRS audit support.
• Complete tax forms in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Process client payments and deposits.
• Support marketing and business generation efforts.
• Advise clients to ensure correct tax form completion.
• Answer client questions via our national call center.
• Provide future tax planning guidance.
• Resolve client complaints or escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with office staff to support priorities.
