• Must have PTIN or eligible to receive.

Responsabilités

• Prepare individual and small business tax returns accurately and efficiently.
• Review financial records to determine forms needed for tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client concerns and questions promptly.
• Conduct client interviews to gather information about their tax situation.
• Explain tax return outcomes and provide tax planning advice.
• Stay updated on current tax laws and regulations through ongoing education and training.
• Verify the accuracy of data entered into tax software.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all client interactions and tax returns.
• Keep client files up to date and follow up on missing information.
• Participate in training sessions and continuing education to maintain credentials.
• Work with other tax professionals and office staff to ensure a seamless workflow.
• Assist in mentoring and training junior staff as needed.
