Affiliated Financial Services, a tax, accounting and bookkeeping firm located in Reading, Massachusetts, is seeking an experienced Seasonal Tax Preparer to join our team for the 2027 tax season.

This is an in-person, January–April 2027 position for an experienced tax professional who is detail-oriented, dependable and comfortable working directly with clients in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare individual and corporate federal and state tax returns
• Prepare partnership, trust and tax-exempt organization returns
• Review client general ledgers, make necessary adjustments and prepare journal entries
• Prepare payroll, sales tax and property tax reports
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding tax and accounting matters

Qualifications
