Job summary

Jackson Hewitt in Walmart locations is seeking a Seasonal Tax Manager/Preparer to help clients through one-on-one tax interviews at a Walmart kiosk. You’ll assist walk-ins, answer questions, and engage with customers and employees in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

You’ll receive free tax training, PTIN registration, and a structured support network, with a flexible schedule and the potential to earn a competitive hourly wage plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfort with high-energy retail environments.
• Basic computer skills for tax software and data entry.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with walk-in clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one tax interviews with clients.
