You will interview clients to understand finances, provide personalized tax-saving recommendations, and deliver empathetic, consultative service in an in-person office. You will build trusted client relationships, identify opportunities, and support with IRS notices and audit guidance as needed, collaborating with teammates for a positive client

Qualifikationen

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
• Experience in a client facing, consultative, or advisory role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including explaining tax concepts clearly
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or GED required
