Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions

• Comfort using digital tools and systems, including AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
