No prior tax experience is required as training and support are provided from day one. You will meet with clients, gather information, prepare tax returns, and answer questions while building valuable client relationships. This in-person role offers an hourly rate with potential to grow as tax knowledge increases.

Qualifications

• Completed H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent training.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication and questioning to understand needs.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information and address questions.
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork.
