Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment is not required prior to employment.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving skills and use of available resources.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
